    BP took a step in the right direction when they made Dark Orbit 3D, It looks great! I used to play back in 07-09 around the time when the game first came out. Loved it then and i Love it now.


    My suggestion is take it one step farther and have a 4K option for those of us that are running titan x's in SLI or 980ti in sli and have 60-120 hz UHD TV. 4:4:4 chroma subsampling and all that fancy shmancy stuff.

    What do you guys think?

    i think thats a complete waste of time. this isnt a big budget game. its not supposed to look ultra high detail. and who in the world would get a gpu to run this game not to mention 2000$ worth?! i mean really, a 200$ chromebook can run this at 60 fps. props on them on that one btw. that couldnt be easy to get that low hardware able to run this decent

    Hahahaha 4k ^^ as if someone actually come up with this idea hhahaha There is so many lags here anyways even on good specs and someone wants 4k I would go for it but first they have to fix the lag issues :)

    I think if they made it a download it could support higher resolutions as well as fix lag issues... its a browser game.. it shouldnt be

    and hey, some of us like the game and use our computers for other things too.. potentially programming for BP in the future? :]

    For me, everything is maxed out and looks bad because its basically just like having UHD and seeing news reporters make up.. or lack of and seeing all blemishes.. same for DO Even with AA on It looks jagged lol. It wouldnt be that hard to impliment and have the option for those of us that have 55" UHD TV and want to maximize the gaming experience. I mean I'm running a 5930x and two titan X's in SLI (soon to be SLI 1080's) and I STILL play DO regularly. I just like it. sure my computer is over kill, but most are for this game. they should ramp it up and make it a download to support 4K and better compatibility and more fluid gameplay

    Pretty nice idea!
    but making the game more fancy wouldn't that take away a bit of the oldschool fun from the game?
    i know this isnt really pushing the pc's, but the old graphics i can't get enough of them ;3.

    That is a fair point, which is why 4k should be an option. Just like 2D is an option and retro mode.

    More options = player base happiness ^ = more money / increase server population = A new, bigger better DO

    Haha that is also true :p.
    But first fix the lag :3, then we can worry about stressing everyones TITAN X's :p.
