I think the absence of some kind of valorisation for the new LF4 is a shame. The normal LF4 has a yellow border and a U-E sign. And the new, stronger LF4s have ... just a simple gray basic frame and only an elite sign instead. When I look in my hangar, it happens to me that I cant find the new lasers. And when I equip them in the ship. It does not feel so good when I see the yellow slots with normal LF4s.

Suggestion: Give all the new lasers a color frame based on their unique colors. And give them their deserved U-E designation. Because it seems very strange to me that the "weaker" weapons look more majestic than the stronger ones. I suspect that it might be due to a certain "laziness" from the part of game designers.

    Ex.
    -U-LF-4: Dark Gray
-LF-4-PD: Light yellow (lighter than the classic LF4)
    -LF-4-MD: Red
    -LF-4-HP: Green

    - A a positive result for the player / clan / BP?
For BP or clans it does not get any better, but the players will have a slightly better overview in the hangar and I think that then it will impress the players when they see how they have full LF4(...)

    - How will it affect the balance of play and playability?
As I said. Players will have a slightly better overview in the hangar.

    - As a negative result for the player / clan / BP?
I dont think that there is anything for the players. And BP will have to try a little harder.
I know this is not a serious matter, just a graphic thing. But still, I had the feeling that I should point this out. A game should'nt have any flaws. (Even if its just a minor one)

    Thank you :)

  2. There is nothing that moves people more than negativity. Touting "laziness" even as "suspect" when they have been rolling out new equipment, missions, and events at a time they said they were going to just focus on the upcoming merge is just wrong.

Now for the idea, I love it. We have so much equipment now, we need a way to recognize what is where, and some look so close to others, you have to almost research it each time to know what you are getting.

  4. I hear you there. A lot of things that come out seem to be rushed, causing changes to them down the road. I think the excitement of just having something overshadows the overall look in the different areas, such as the hanger as well as the game screen. It has blended over to security where they moved the site to a secure server but now the game page has a lot of unsecured items which is going to lead to further problems down the road. Giving a completed item to include visual differences from other things already in stock will make game time much easier and smoother to transition to.
