[UI] a Real time backpage (1 click tab, no more reloads)

    a real time backpage that doesnt load up, no more hassle on too much loading, just 1 heavy start up on the backpage and it will be reload-less the time you are playing all day.

    its going to be a lot of work though... im not sure but its hard to do, its just a suggestion though.

    any thoughts?

    DO added this (feature) due to needing to add skins to your ships.

    The loading as you need is to prevent from using too much of the computers RAM and creating other issues in the game. Having everything loaded so you just clicked to view would tie up way too much of your resources and would interfere with the game being able to run smoothly.

    The postponed Equipment in Client (EiC) feature would eleiminate most of the back page. As there were other things that needed to be implemented, they have decided to put this on hold for a while.
