[UI] Ability to delete/sell Pet Designs!

As most of you guys already know and have the same issue.
We are collecting a lot of different designs.

But some we have too many and will never use. But there is no way we can delete them from inventory.

This thread is to ask Development team to implement ability to delete or sell them.

And some more items like sl3 lasers. And maybe some other inventory items i have not noticed.

Just to make sure inventory can be declutered from unused items.

I posted about this in late 2015 along with the ability to sell pet designs we have to many of and sell drone designs we also have to many of. I was told because most people have multiple ships with multiple designs for each ship we have to just put the extra designs on those ships to free space in our inventory, and that's straight from DO.

I believe the other items can be sold, click the item and see if it gives you the option to sell or not, there is only one type of the NEW scatter items unable to be sold (at least that I own). The problem is you only get Credits for anything that you sell from the Ships Inventory. But since there are now so many Ships that we own and do not use, you can "PARK" the extra items on these and then even double this number by loading both configs with different designs (drones can have 20 Stat and 20 Cosmetic) and PET's could hide 2 designs.

Currently 56 Ships available, 10 Favorite Ships, fully equipped for warp usage, meaning the ability to hide 920 Stat Drone, 920 Cosmetic Drone, and 92 PET designs. Assuming you BOUGHT every ship as D O produced them.

What would be nice is IF D O put a counter in their reward system (like they did when giving ships) so when you had 10 available (NOT ASSIGNED) Drone designs you received a replacement reward for this instead or if you already have the PET Design (again NOT ASSIGNED)
you would have a replacement reward for the item. But we all know this requires a bit of "care about the players desires" to make this work.

 

I do agree with your comments.

But I think it would be more simple just to add an option of Sell/Delete. So no need to be smart or waste much time.

with as slow as the inventory page is after you move a few items around it just takes so much time to keep refreshing the page, so sticking items on all the different ships/designs is just a big pain and would take hours ; 400 drone designs not counting Havoc's,Hercs, Spartans. Pet Design's= 109 trying to put all of these items on all my different ships is just ridiculous.

That is why. I think delete or sell would be most simple.

 

only problem is they probaly only going to give us like 30k credits for pet skins which is garbage rather just toss it on ships i dont use

 

You only have to move ONE design to a Drone and it will load all 10 IF you used the "shift" key to select the design. Yes it is a PAIN to do this but then it is also a PAIN to scroll through all of the extra items. Selling would take just as long as you can only sell one item at a time.

As you fill a ship with these wasted designs you have a sticky note on your wall showing what the last ship equipped was (Drone/PET) and as soon as you have 10 of any Drone design or 2 PET designs you place them on the next ship you own. The initial application of the extras would be very time consuming but after that it would be quick.

 

If you have too many. And it is not used. I do not even need anything for it.

 

just put them on ships you not using i know you dont got enough designs to be filled with on all the ships in the game
