[UI] Again Make a Permanent ignore

    2 years ago I called to have a permanent ignore from both seeing a player in chat and contacting you. If you have someone on your ignore list they can still whisper you as it is now.

    Now with several merges we have players speaking a different language and I quote from DO " We do not have enough chat mods for the game "

    So like I said 2 years ago make a permanent ignore so we cant even ever see them in chat and they cant whisper since you dont have enough chat mods and I doubt you ever will

    I mean, Bigpoint please listen to this. Even if it is an ignore for 2 weeks I'd be completely satisfied with it.
