[UI] Ammo Conversion

    I propose the addition of an ammo conversion tab. I suggest a 2:1 ratio for converting x2 into x3. For example, you would need 1000 x2, to make 500 x3. Thoughts and opinions?

    I only suggest being able to convert x2 to x3 because the other ammo is fine the way it is.

    Won't happen been saying it for years, only legit players have an over abundance of ammo as the bot's just use the smaller ammo when their ship is online but the player isn't.
