    Player Level system Modifies cost for Boosters
    Starts at 66% at level 1 and goes down 3% every level you go up.
    Level 1=60% reduction-6,000 reduced
    Level 2=55% reduction-5,500 reduced
    Level 3=50% reduction-5,000 reduced
    Level 4=45% reduction-4,500 reduced
    Level 5=40% reduction-4,000 reduced
    Level 6=35% reduction-3,500 reduced
    Level 7=30% reduction-3,000 reduced
    Level 8=25% reduction-2,500 reduced
    Level 9=20% reduction-2.000 reduced
    Level 10=15% reduction-1,500 reduced
    Level 11=10% reduction-1,000 reduced
    Level 12=5% reduction-500 reduced
    Level 13=0% Reduction/Increase- No reduction Costs 10,000
    This would be great for newer players and if the URI BOOSTER<-- Would go into affect it would also help lower players earn uri.
