[UI] Change Fireworks design (for a while)

    The FWX-L fireworks is a green design that looks like 3 snakes intertwined (I can't really see if it's something else.)
    Suggesting change that to the word COVID-19, maybe in both English and Chinese, with the big red "circle-with-diagonal-line" symbol covering it.
