[UI] Changing Companies

Why not have a Company Recruiting Day/Event....Each company wants to be the strongest..Have a free or reduced day to change companies from time to time...

A number of the veteran players are running out of quests to complete. I myself have only 4 left
and 2 of those are almost complete. There are number of players I know that want to
change companies but do not because it will cost them more than 50 million honor to
change companies...It will cost myself more than 70 million honor...

Make it Free or significantly reduced on certain special days, similar to the reduced prices for equipment, gate spins, ships and ammo....

Or make it so that it cost a significant amount of URI to change companies or make cost progressively more URI each time a person does change...

Make it so you have to enter into a contract with the company you are joining to remain in that company for a minimum of 6 months(just a thought)....

I see your plight and understand the frustration but turning your back on your company, or country in real life, should always have stiff consequences. Pay the 70 Mil or stay where you are. The price of loyalty is great.

 

You are playing on a dead server...the more POPoofulated...your quests will not get done.

 

How is changing companies going to resolve you lack of quests? You do not get more quests by going to another company (they are all the same title only exception is you might gain the PvP for the company kills you just left there are about 4 sets of these) so all that time in a company so you can gain 4 (at most) quests, does not make sense to me. I agree that D O needs to create quests for the level 22 and above players but their attentions are on trying to keep you happy with Events instead of the quests as so many say they do not like grinding Quests.

As the game is based on Company Loyalty I believe changing companies is a major issue and should carry a major price. Yes as a newb you may have joined a company by mistake and lost some honor for changing to a better company but to be at a level you are now and want to change does not make sense you are the role model for that company, the person everyone is trying to beat, why should it be easy for you to turn your back on that?

 

they removed the connection to quests and companies. used to be you'd finish every mission, switch companies and start all over... i switched companies mostly to bring back the missions worth doing but it did nothing. all the quests i did are done. just screwed now

 

I believe in the Loyalty to Company and agree that the penalties for changing Companies should be steep. If you made a mistake when starting out it does not hurt you to change companies but after you have climbed the ranks of the Company then you should be dropped several ranks for deserting the company and jumping to another.
