    This is towards the DO Tech Team.

    I was wondering if you have checked the chat for hackers. The chat always goes down at the same time. Maybe some troll is hacking the chats through your servers at the same times every day. Check up on the players who log on right before the chat servers go down and who logs off when they come back on. See if you can find any irregular signals coming from their computers.
