[UI] Cube spawn

    Should there be more cubes seeing as servers are merging? Or cube spawn times could at least be quicker...

    Merges were supposed to be helping empty servers get more players and not reduce the spawn times of NPC's. We never saw faster spawn rates when we had full servers, prior to "Reloaded" what makes you think we will get them now?

    At least you get to see them die, I tend to be chased off of them before they go boom.

    There were far more players on cubes in the past, so no, we're not even going to compare to the amount of players on servers back then.
