[UI] Darkorbit server transfer

This will be good thing if we can tranfer our account(ship) to the another server.Where i play on SK1 this server are so dead no people online ,maps are empty low population.I think that a lot of players up for that.

 

No, unfortunately that is bad for DO, multiple servers to be played means a way to spend money to make an advantage, for example, i have a premium on global europe, i bought it with my money, then i wanted to switch to east 2 but i will have to buy another premium membership there if i get the chance to play there, get it?

if this happens people wouldnt spend a dime again because if they want to go to populated servers when they originally came to low populated ones (low population = less competition to grind for uridium, they wont buy uridium and will easily get what they want just by switching to dead servers)

Its the same as bringing DO to its bankruptcy.

also its like a selfish suggestion for you to switch to other servers easily, am i right?

 

This is a topic that was brought up back in May with different ideas of cost and everything and did not get anywhere.

kod^ if you are so unhappy (obviously you are) then start another account on a different server. Merges are not something D O is going to do and creating a way to separate accounts to allow them to be moved server to server is not something they are wanting to waste their time on to make happen. Your constant suggestions of ways to deal with getting around the Merge can be construed as Spamming the Forums. Besides how would you know if a server is what you want to play after you have switched to it? Taking peoples word for it in the forums/chat? What you are looking for may not be what they want, but to get you to their server could tell you what you want to hear, just to find out they lied to you. Again the only way to know you would be happy with a different server is if you created a NEW account and went to play that server anyways.

If D O would take 6 months and FOCUS on cleaning the game up (getting rid of all of the bugs/glitches) they might get enough players back into the game to make it interesting again, and IF they chose to get NEW Player protections in place (where they could enjoy PvE in lowers without UFE killing them all the time) then there would be enough influx of new blood that the game could grow again. But these suggestions have also fallen on deaf ears as they continue to have more people creating NEW stuff in the game than they have working to correct what they messed up. I can remember when we saw 3-4 updates a year now we see 12-18 and no time taken to remove the glitches caused by them, just keep stacking the problems on top of each other.

 

Actually this was something that was discussed on Twitch as a possible action. Unfortunately, nothing else has been said about it except that you can reference that twitch feed.
