[UI] DPS (Damage Per Second)

    Disclaimer: I am not taking full credit on this idea as GA_James stated the idea of a DPS meter/recorder on his U-LF4 video. Link to his video will be bellow.

    DPS recorder: With all these new lasers coming out I think that a DPS recorder would be the best way to see your average damage per second. This could be a window in-game that you would activate to get your average DPS. The DPS recorder would help a player decide which Laser the want to use. The DPS recorder would have on/off option so you it wouldnt hae to be in your way all the time. Let me know what you think of this idea please leave all suggestions here.

    I like it, because I haven't found 100% confirmed information about the laser damage stats (miss, highest/lowest damage etc.)
