[UI] Eliminate Alliance Feature

    This feature no longer (if it ever has) serves any kind of purpose other than for those to exploit teamkilling. Declaring war on the same company is annoying and completely goes against the the structure of the game. By default, every clan in their respective companies are already allies with every other clan because THEY'RE IN THE SAME COMPANY. If this is something that isn't going away, then get rid of the companies. You guys ask for feedback on how to fix the problems you created. All that needs done now is for people to listen.
