  1. Through out the years ive noticed that emp's do 2 things. they break the lock of an enemies fire, and they have the ability to uncloak an enemy ship.

But not the ability to break an enemies lock on another player that may be in you're outfit or just some random player you see getting fired on.

So lets make it were if you see someone getting shot at and you want to help them, and you have emp's that if you set one off close enough it will break the lock of any enemy ship on another same company ship and not just you, within a certain radius of course, cause i understand that in large fights one emp unlocking everyones lock might not be a good thing.

hell no . short and simple , no .just no , xD then everybody is gonna get away ,they already have lots of things to keep them alive

  3. yeah i know the downside to it, but think about it, if i use draw fire in a citadel for my outfit or other mmo then they can get away from enemy fire, whats the difference, what if it just worked for outfit members would that be more acceptable?

  4. "It is positioned to be the last line of defense, should the enemy breach the other components of the fortification system. A citadel is also a term of the third part of a medieval castle, with higher walls than the rest. It was to be the last line of defense before the keep itself."

So last line of defense, Place to seek shelter for harm.
