[UI] Export/import ship config string

Just make an export/import system for configurations. Then players could save the config on your PC or save it to the cloud and load it whenever you need, or share it with other users. You could have specialized configs for specific purposes like cubes, PvP and gates. Save it in a config string

Exporting the current ship configuration would create a pop-up with the information which you highlight and copy. Importing would make a pop-up which you paste the string into

So the config string looks like this:

The number of each piece of equpment would be seperated by colons like so:
LF3:15
This means 15 LF-3 lasers

And the level could be denoted by a second colon
B02:5:10
This means 5 level 10 B02 shield generators

Equipment which share the same type of slot such as generators would be seperated by a comma within the bars

This means 5 level 10 B02 shield generators and 10 speed generators

To tie this all together:

Loading the string would give the following:

• 15 lf3s
• a hellstorm 2 launcher
• 10 B02 generators
• 5 B02 generators that are level 5
• an assortment of extras
• lasers on all drones and the few LF4 they have on drones
• no apis or zeus drones (the player lacks those drones)
• 5 lasers and 10 generators on the P.E.T.
• a kamikaze gear
• no pet design

Equipment level would be ignored if the pieces of the appropriate level are not available. The default behavior puts highest level items on drones first, then pet, then the ship.

If the ship has not enough slots for the loaded equipment the available slots are filled first in the order given in the string

If there is not enough equipment for the available slots those slots are left empty

Left over slots remain empty.

All errors in loading a config string from slot availability or equipment types are displayed. The player should look these over manually.
