as game keeps crashing while doing gates i think it is only fair that the 3 lives be taken off as its stupidly hard enough to get the gates in the first place

 

write a ticket to support, explain what happen, then they will refund it

 

Support will restart a gate for you once every 30 days if reported within 48 hours of the loss of the gate (as stated in another thread dealing with loss of a gate because of LAG) but it is completely discretionary of the support team if they do this or not. It is my opinion IF D O is having trouble keeping their server online/up then any activity that is done during this time should be automatically restarted if failed because of the issues caused by their problems.

 

lost gamma about 2 months ago didnt realise they could do that but in gen i think they should remove the lives ive used over 800 spins last couple days to get 3 alpha parts trying to get last couple of gamma pieces to try it again

 

GG gates are meant to be a challenge that is why you have limited lives and an option to buy extra lives, the most common cause of loss of gate is lag but this can be reduced with a few tricks. I tend to do GG's at off peak times this can save on some of the lag also I turn of the visuals for my drones and lower a lot of my visual settings. As to how much adjustment is needed is a trial and error thing because of the all the variables also if you use a laptop always use a hard wired connection if you can as Wi Fi is slower and less secure.

 

I am surprised to hear you are doing the base GG's instead of the Zeta or Kappa gates that give you the "Chance" for LF-4's along with drone designs.

The Alpha, Beta, and Gamma gates are the hardest to build as you are building 3 at one time and will get way more Alpha than Gamma parts and usually need to use a multiplier to get the last few pieces of any gate.

 

Lag shows up mostly during events, so try to refrain from doing GG during event(s) hour(s)
