[UI] Gifting

    Hey, just wanted to say this, I was in the auction house and on a whim, happened to win Goliath, Leonov, and Vengeance. I was thinking instead of just selling them I could give them away, A.K.A. gifting. If there already is a feature, sorry for the spam, but if there isnt, i think this would be a great addition to the game as it promotes teamwork and may lead more players to the game if they are frustrated they can't get a good ship soon enough, they shouldn't have that problem though, but just in case, this could help them get on their feet, this could also bolster the ranks and power of lower level clans.

  2. The idea has been suggested for years and ignored. The reason being the clan tax is the way to advance a NEW player and with the change of the Trade to Auction and returning credits bid when outbid prevents the need to work so hard to save credits to bid, also prevented the need to have RICH friends TEST BID so you knew what the bid was to beat.

    The other reason is just getting a ship is not good enough as if you do not have the equipment to protect yourself it is stupid to get the larger ship. Plus the UFE players would create a NEW account and make it UFE with their extra equipment allowing them to have 2 or more UFE accounts and thus increase the possibility of shared/sold accounts (which are also against the RULES).

Been suggest many times, the Facebook game Uridium Wars, which is now gone, and was an older version of DarkOrbit, had the feature, however it was only allowable for Credit Items to be traded, no uridium items, If uridium items could be traded the balance of this game would be destroyed by wallet warriors and botters helping their friends and newbies with no one backing them getting shut down.
