[UI] Halloween gate - 24 hour restriction

    Could you change this restriction so it doesn't run from when we finish the gate, but from midnight every day i.e. player can finish gate once every day (from 00:00 to 23:59)?

    Reason I suggest this is players that have obligations during the day (work, school etc.) will only be able to play the gate in the afternoon. With the restriction to play after 24 hours have passed, players that finish the gate in the afternoon or evening will, by the end of the event, have to start very late or even will not be able to do the gate on the last days of the event.
