[UI] How to balance the game

    I've some ideas how to balance DarkOrbit.

    Diminisher, Venom, Cyborg
    They are quite good assasins, but due to Diminisher's and Venom's upcoming changes that will increase cooldowns on their abilities, they will be a bit weak against aliens.

    Shield Leech Cooldown against aliens: none -> -75%

    Singularity I Cooldown against aliens: none -> -75%

    Singularity II Cooldown against aliens: none -> -75%

    Pusat
    This ship was very strong when it apperaed, but now it's too vulnerable. It's damage is also low as a glasscannon.

    Max HP: 125.000 -> 160.000
    Max Nano-Hull: 110.000 -> 135.000
    Damage bonus: none -> 10%

    Lightning
    Does anybody remember this ship? It's weak in all cases.

    Lasers:
    10 -> 12
    Afterburner Cooldown: 180s -> 60s

    Mimesis
    Mimesis is actually the most OP ship in this game that can destroy CBS single-handedly, but nerfing it's evasion will completely destroy this ship.

    Scramble Damage: +25% -> 0%
    Scramble Speed: +25% -> 0%

    Saturn
    This ship is just weak.

    HP bonus: 20% -> 30%
    Shield bonus: 0% -> 10%

  2. omg that saturn ship would be so op if it got that buff and 12 lasers for lightning means its basically the new pusat
