[UI] Independance Design Update

    Well I kinda wish this design gave some kind of boost at least, so I think 15% shield boost would be handy slightly over bastion but there are no skills so would take more effort taking out a skill design.I just want a reason to fly my stars and stripes more.

    i guess you fly it to show your loyalty to your own country, other than that serves no tactical advantages, i do wish these designs have something unique to them besides the look :c

    Yeah considering the only other country specific designs do give rather nice bonuses

    The Independence design should be like the the Turkish Design on the Turkish Servers. This Independence design should have the same bonuses: +5% increase in damage, and +10% more honor. Or it could be something different; +10% increase in shields, and +10% more honor?

    Its for looks and US Patriotism.

    Yes it does need to have an added effect I been refusing to even buy it cause it does nothing.
