[UI] Instant upgrade

    If I'm willing to invest the uri for a 100% chance at upgrade, it should be instant.

    Shouldn't have to wait several minutes to go thru the process when you know it's going to happen.

    It would be nice if there was a toggle for 100% as well. Great Idea. You already wait some time just to make, or for some buy, the needed credits/uri for upgrades. On the flip side, it does keep a player from creating a new account and having everything maxed out the first hour of play.

    I think one of the reasons why it is not instant is because it limits the amount of upgrades you can do during upgrade hour which in turn forces you to spend more uridium.

    Some things may change soon however, as a new upgrade system is in development (judging by the DarkOrbit Revealed topic).
