[UI] Interaction with aliens such as peace

    What could make the game more interesting and even fun would be the possibility to interact with NPC's, such being aliens. Examples:
    -establish a peace treaty with a certain alien race.
    -ask a certain alien race for protection, and vice-versa.
    -ask a race to declare war on another race, NPCvNPC.
    -ask tribute from an alien race.
    -make an individual NPC your PET! Capture it, take it to your base, feed it so it could grow and mutate, then release it upon your enemies!

    I can see NPC coming to your aid in a PVP attack. While it sounds cool, it's where I make my bread.

    I don't like it, getting NPCs to help you cause you're too dense to do anything on your own...
