    Hello

    I think everybody get annoyed by these things
    Like you fighting somebody and using ice rocket and it miss
    Our you in cloak and somebody just got a lucky emp and you get decloaked
    And when you do try to decloak somebody with emp never happend

    So my idea is to remove the decloak abilty of EMP and the miss effect of ice rockets.
