  1. Let's face it. We have players coming up on levels 25 and 26 now, we need another line of quests.

    11*
    Name: Enemy in the Sights
    Type: Final / Uber quest
Objective: Collect 21 Parts for the Kronos Gate
    Special Objective: N/A
Description: We're receiving reports of Saturn Company trying to return. You destroyed the clone of you they sent not long ago right? Build a Kronos Gate and get in there.

*The Delta Gate is given as a reward for the quest sequel to it. The 5,000 Palladium is yours to open other gates to help with uber quest (#11)

These quests are ones that should be easily completed and to add a nice chain to the game. They are a decent length, most made not too easy, with a mix of all types of quests. The rewards are substantial to the requirements.

Level 22 Quests would be unlocked when the player reaches 10,485,760,000 EP, it will require them to obtain another 10,485,760,000 to reach level 23, this will only take away 1.6b from what they need to make, excluding gate and NPC rewards.

For Quest 11 (Enemy in the Sights), it works as most uber quests do. To unlock it, players MUST complete the prerequisite PVE and Collection quests (1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10)

    Rundown:
    PVE - 5
    Collection - 2
    PVP - 3
    Uber - 1
    Total - 11

Please use constructive criticism, any reward changes, any comments, what you think, please be respectful as I hope this does get implemented, we all love our quests and it's boring once you complete all of them.

I didn't make this hopelessly long, such as the Player 4 Press Start quest already in game (Destroy 400 UberKristallon and 400 UberKristallin)

I love these quests lol the descriptions and names fit in so well with the other quests already in the game , I suggest darkorbit add these straight away ;) not sure about a delta gate reward and 100k uri reward some seem too high but the quest ideas are absolutely great! Maybe instead of getting a delta gate reward they could get 500 spins , or maybe 1000? but other than that Great quest ideas :D

Lol guy above me says "100k seems too high" while the cost of becoming UFE in the game is 24m-30m Uridium.
100k seems very fair for a one per account quest.

    +1

Quests look very thought out. Good names, objectives and rewards match. Descriptions are a bit short, but feel like they belong in DO universe.

As a new player I the only point which I might change is the enemy ships part; they have to be shoot in the uppers so we don't see UFes cruise the lowers for easy kills numbers.

more missions the better from me and a good job + from me

  7. I think it should be double lvl 21 difficulty and rewards for lvl 22.

  8. They never DOUBLED the rewards for previous levels so why double them for the limited few that will be in game long enough to become level 22?

I agree the need to give out Galaxy Gates to people who walk through them is not a reward. Giving Extra Energy instead might be a nice substitute. Since so many UPPER level players are doing Galaxy Gates on their own I might have added more UBER MAP quests requiring them to be in groups including weaker ship types to help lower level players get items like UBK's. The days of group playing have gone away and the players willing to help NEWBS is even worse. Usually the only time you see a group is if they are PvP hunting/CBS killing or are weak ships trying to do UBERS. Might even have quests where they have to help level 10 to 17 players earn "X" amount EP/Honor as they are trying to get protection that never comes. This would get some HIGH level players back into the LOWERS for something other than EASY KILLS in enemy maps.

I like a lot of these missions you have thought up with the exception of this one. Number 2. It's already bad enough that a player can only carry 5 active normal missions at a time(Should be doubled to 10). But having a mission involving Yamato's and Defcoms?? You will literally spend years carrying around this mission. Those ships are practically non existent nowadays. Even missions involving BigBoys I quickly pass over. I want to do a mission that I can successfully complete in a respectable amount of time, if I put in the effort, not having a mission just wasting my slot space. DarkOrbit should edit out all the obsolete ships from their PVP missions. Just a thought.

  12. I'm not sure if you keep up with the DarkOrbit Revealed thread, but the Yamato AND Defcom are returning to the game with our next event, UBA Expo. You can find the thread here >>http://www.bigpoint.com/darkorbit/board/threads/unofficial-darkorbit-revealed.43381/page-85<<

  13. Apologies, it appears the link may have broken. You can find the Dark Orbit REVEALED thread under Speaker's Corner section. Page 82 is where the details about the event are posted. Page 85 shows the Defcom in the hangar.

Lol I like it. Wish they had "Galaxy Gate" rewards for early stages. (EX: level 16)

  16. Agreed Corn, but they added a quest for 200 citadels, how many people actively fly that?

I had planned an update today to it, but I was halfway through it and accidentally closed the tab, so I'll do it on my next day off
