[UI] LF-4 in Assembly

As you may have noticed, they have placed the new specialized LF-4 laser cannons in assembly, yet theres no regular LF-4 laser in there. Why not place the regular LF-4s in there too so that the players with a not so deep pocket can actually have a chance at building without bankrupting themselves because quite honestly, you cant expect every to sit there and pour $100+ into the game a week. you have to keep in mind some of these players are between the ages of 13-17 years old and not all of them have jobs like an adult

Full LF4 in one year without banking?

 

During lf4 event you need around 60 booty for 1lf4, thats cca 2k booty for full lf4 during helix lf4 event thats 2m uridium with rabate and premium, or do hades with 3 more friends at sunday, with discount darkorbit give you rabate and premium after 1 hades you go in minus around 10k uridium and got chanse to get 2lf4 also you get 8 booty key what cost around same price as you lose per hades. With little luck you are full after spend around 200k uridium what isnt year of playing. During crazy cubikon if you do it right way you can get around 60k ur per hour so in 3 hours of play you got enough uridium for full lf4.

 

So u say it costs 10k uri/hades and u need 200k to be full lf4 thus i assume u think 20 hades is enouth to be full lf4?
Wiki says that hades has 25% chance of a fl4 (darkorbit chance we must say)
So in double day u have 25% chance for 2 lf4 or 0.5 lf4/gate also u get 8 keys (on double day) /gate from were u get an lf4 every 50 keys in lf3 day as someone stated. As such we come to the conclusion that the number of lf4s (f) obtained from (n) gates is:
f = 0.5n + 8n/50
Now for an f of 45 lf4s we get n=68.2 --> 69 (to be sure) gates for full lf4 (so no idea were u got that 20 gates from).

Acording to your 10k uri / gate (with payment envolved to lower the cost) we get 690k uri wich is still nothing for a buyer, but let us analyse the costs for a free player chall we?

The oficial percentage for gg spins is 13%, hades as 45 parts so it requires 347 spins thus 69 gates need: 2035155 uri (85 uri/spin) or 23943 ee or 359145 palladium. (plus u need powerfull friends to do hades)

In conclusion, easy to get full fl4 if u buy (wwoowww big news ) and is next to impossible if u are a free player so yes puting them in assembly is a good idea .

 

2m uridium is not so much, i know full play for free player who been get everything never give a cent on this game and always have 2m uridium on account. If you play 4h a day u can easy colect around around 400 ee on paladium whats is 2 months of playing what isn't a lot for grinding game. Also 69 hades give you around 2m uridium as reward, 500 booty and 1k logdisc, also come more from clicking and tons of ammo so u can go shoot npc after it.

After this helix lf4 event when u need around 60 booty for one compared to when i was colect it when it just come out u need around 400 booty for one this is more than generous from darkorbit, also on top of all hercules and havoc are much easier to get, on weekend you get double reward on booty, logdisc, get discount for open gates, much easier get lf4 overall, for keep balance in game I don't think LF4 should be part of assembly.

On the end its all about how much you are willing to play to get thinks but you can beat everyone even if you don't buy uridium as long as you spend it smart.

 

After making some calcs hades takes ~ 30k uri (347*85) to build and it rewards those same 30k (25K reward + aliens) uri so in theory one could bash hades as a free player... WUT????!!!! However i then watched a video were a guy with reb+prem spent 30k uri to open hades were in theory it should had costed only 19k.
Doing the calcs with a 10% (more realistic) spin chance we get 450 spins per gate wich will cost 38k uri for a free player. Each hades returns ~30k so it costs 8k uri /gate (in theory). Thus for 69 gates we need 552k uri for a free player to get full lf4 (this still looks to good for me).
May someone check my calcs please? I think the chance is not 25% as stated in wiki .

 

Hmm isn't that new specialized LF-4 laser cannon better then the regular ol LF-4 cannon? If so why put in a lesser LF-4? Why would you want one?

 

If you want a more sensible and realistic number for the number of spins to open a hades, let me tell you that from my experience it usually takes 600-700 so like 50-60k uri on discount if you don't have prem/rebate like me (don't have too high expectations - gates usually cost way more than they return);
Also from experience I'm pretty sure either hades has a 10-15% chance to give an LF-4 or I've just been getting pretty unlucky with them if they do have a 25% chance);
On a side note though, I've never spent a penny neither on subscriptions nor for uri/log-disk/booty keys deals etc, however I've still managed to get to full LF-4, as well as full havoc and herc and to be completely honest if you play say ~4h per day consistently you should be able to get to that level in about 7-8 months or so (given that nowadays there are things like double rewards/event quests giving lf4s/all kinds of booties containing lf4s/drone designs and the recently upped chance for havocs and hercs from zetas and kappas)

The new LF-4s are indeed better than the old ones - they're just like a regular lvl 16 LF-4, with the added bonus of 5 damage in pvp/pve or some additional HP

 

Chanse is around 10% for lf4 but u don't spend much uridium per one, isn't boring as alpha-beta-gamma, you get decent amound of ammo when you open it so you can farm uridium on map later, its team gate so look on it as team building, you can train to click on same npc as group leader and burst it down he can change target before you kill it like enemy use emp and after 3 sec go back on same npc, what will help you coordinate later on PVP fight on map, you can make it fun doing it.

13% to is rate for part/multiplicator so if you hit every multiplicator on part than cost you around 347 clicks but it usually never happen. "Real" rate is around 7% that means normal parts and multiplicators u hit so around 650 click is something real you can expect for open it, reward is around 30k for 8 ppl doing it and around 38k for 4 ppl doing it, following that if you open with EE u get from paladium its around 46-58uridium back from gate for each EE u use and from alpha-beta-gamma is cca 63ur, this is little lower but isn't boring and you have chanse to get LF4 ( 2 LF4 on sunday during double GG reward).

Yes difference isn't HUGE, its still way to outplay enemy who whas it. I been doing some dmg test with a friend few days ago, 2 new lf4 for PVP vs 2 lf4lvl16, overall you doing around 2k more dmg with 35 new PVP lf4 that doesn't looks much but both of them shoot from 75-100% potentical, so new LF4 boost you lower dmg what can make difference in fight.

 

Re-re-doing the calcs with the info u provided i get 20k uri per gate and with a 15% chance for 2 lf4 and the same calcs as before f=0.3n+8n/50--> n = 98 gates. With 20k / gate that´s 1.96 million uri (this is a little bit of uri for sure).

Geting to ufe as a free player at all is a huge achivment, let alone in 7 months. Would u post some tutorial with advices for what u think is better to do as a free player to get to ufe? There is a huge pile of tutorials to get to ufe with 20€ but there is none about geting ufe for free.

 

Actually longest road from FE to UFE is skylab and PP. FE you can easy make if you put account in friend clan and he send you credits so u can bid on iris, bo2 and speed generators. Spectral Lancer II for 300k credits is more than good weapon for start from zero it doing 145 whats 5 dmg less to npc than lf3, dmg on ship is 90 but even u got lf3 u will not go for pvp. I mean its kind a hard to make full play for free advice at least i expect you to have premium even you are joung you can buy PSC and get premium for 5euro, I'm sure you get some allowance or don't buy juice with sandwich drink water there is a way you can cover premium even if you don't work don't eat chocolate or something.

With FE, 8 iris, speed gen, bo2 and Spectral Lancer 2 first step is get pet and lvl it to lvl8 so you can have kamikaze lvl3 than game became much easier. You keep pet on lvl8 so it use less fuel on fly and opening it. Mordon and samion are decent for UR on start also some low lvl quests which give good exp if great for get to lvl11 where you can step in x-7 map where your friend can kill kristallon with you and get you to lvl12 so you can repair on x-8 base. Next step is buy moth formation so you can easy doing gate with x1/x2 + kamikaze. Best gate for new players is zeta because you get a lot of logdisc and booty key. Logdisc you use that way to rush to Electro-optics/Kalibrator when you have 5/5 you have 100% chanse to hit npc what most important thing, I think you need cca. 20PP. Booty key spend first on Zeus event once you have apis and zeus spend it on helix. You must have 43 pilot points for pvp+pve setup when you get to that point you will have for sure more than 45lf4.

Zeta at double gg reward is best for new players. LF4 don't wurth so much if pilot points are not there.

You will get lf4 soon or later, just focus on get full havoc, hercules and 43pp what takes much longer than 45lf4.

 

Only problem is im not in the moth to wast money on any game, let alone DO. Your tutorial apears gr8 but it riquires money. I can tell u from experience that zeta takes 1 mounth minimum for a free player to close (from spacebals). Thus i am still waiting for a tutorial of geting to ufe free under 1k hours (wich is 4 me to much already). In other game i play (wich players consider to be pay to win) i had reached the equivlent of ufe in 500 hours without ever buying.

 

FE can colect paladium without much problem, so for 1k hours you can by hand colect around 100k ee thats for 50 zeta, 2,5k logdisc, 2,5m ur hmm, this game isn't made that way so you can get everything in 1k hours but lf4 is here since August 12, 2011 as top equipment and this new lf4 don't give you enough bonus to be unbeatable and isn't better enough than lf4 so lf4 be part of assembly even if it is 1LF4 must be made from:
1 Hybrid Processor
1 Micro-transistors
3 Nano Condenser
only if cost like this it will keep curent value what is actually balanced.

I understand new player try to caught up UFE fast but even UFE been playing to be UFE a long long time, however you will caught him because equipemt and pp got limit but not as fast as you expect it. You like it or don't. When LF4 came out you needed around 400 booty for 1, no epsilon gate, no kappa, no hades only way was booty, not even LF4 day as now is Helix LF4, no double GG reward. DO did a great job giving more chanse to get it ask to put LF4 in assembly is like ask for arm after they give you a hand.
