    We make that map larger, have huge WARS there but its free rep for anyone in *-8 maps since the clan with rock base shooter have bigger advantage also having your company base there to repair back quickly gives bigger advantage which pushes the "free repair" there.

    This is why they chose NOT to have a CBS in the "Base Maps" (x-1 or x-8) because there is no reason to have a second BASE to be able to get protection from in these maps. If anything they need to add one in x-2 maps, but then this is a protected map and would just create further issues with the NEW players trying to advance in this game.
