[UI] make PvP/PvE balanced

Cloaking or stealth as you call it is a fundamental part of the game. I do much of my hunting alone as i like the challenge of finding someone around my strength alone and engaging them. Without the ability to cloak I would simply be a victim to, those i know i can't compete with, any small or large group i happen to pass by, basically without the ability to cloak my play style would need to completely change - I would have to become like the majority and hunt in packs.

Cloaking has far more benefits than it does drawbacks, give it a try next time you go boxing.

And as has been previously said - Watch your mini map, if you see a red dot approaching fast - RUN AWAY...
