[UI] mines at afk and its removal

    hello,
    i have suggestion that as an when the player or ship or pilot uses any mines or palces it for the base support as he leaves the map or is afk or log off plz remove the mines from map so sa the all day it doesnt hurt the others if it is so some day all map will be ployed with mines as fields saying base protection.
    so its my humble to plz work on it as an when he is by any means away or ouut of map it disappears.
