[UI] move off flash?

this game as most people know, runs on flash player. flash player is old tech that most browsers are trying to disable because of its know security and stability issues, and i just read something saying flash will officially lose support from all browsers before 2020.

so could this game get moved to HTML5 like other current games? or even to mobile?

i ask this now because this development team is known for their lack of speed and skill, because things most games do in days or weeks this game might have done in months, and even then it probly wont work. so can this development team possibly have this game operating on a whole new system in under 2 years? or will the game be bankrupt before that and dead anyway?

 

I think they eventualy will but i dont see it happening any time soon as it is not one of the useless "main consernes" from buyers and thus not a BP one.

 

It will happen before 2020 because Adobe just announced today that they are going end Flash in 2020.

They should probabbly make it a downloadable game like others all the others old flash games are doing and the faster it happens the easyer it will be for them to fix all the bugs because they will be runing new software and it will save alot of response time for the server if you keep your date on your PC yes it will [REMOVED] up the people with bad PC's but its 2017 there is plenty of cheep options that would work good enaught to play.. I mean DO was playable in 2006 its 11 years now they haven't changed the specs of the game but its laggyer how does one do that -__-

One of the biggest problems is that none of the original coders are there. It happens when you take over something you didn't originally make. With so many addons, it was going to have more and more problems. At first it is fun but later, the greed gets in the way. They claim they are adding stuff that everyone wants but they are really just working on more new stuff to help like the bank accounts. Don't get me wrong, new stuff is nice but it needs to slow down a bit. Also, they have stated in Twitch that there will not be a downloadable version until the server merges are complete and don't expect a down load to happen the following week. I know how people think. Merger done, where is my download.
