[UI] New alternative to Pincer/drill formation!!!

Hello guys, this idea is not completely fixed or anything but think if DO/Bigpoint implement this it could really make a difference.
As all of you already know that the Pincer formation was the best all round formation to use as it provides 3% laser damage increase, 5% honour I believe and -10% shield reduction.
My idea is to create a new formation that would provide possibly a maximum of 5% damage increase, 5% maybe honour and the last drawback is up to you guys but NO Changes to the speed so last bit could be to have -10% shield penetration.
Now this formation is nor OP or too powerful so please can we actually get this drone formation to work in the game.
Reason being for this formatiom is because ever since the Drill formation has been introduced, PVP has been ruined but there's nothing anyone can do about that so really want a new alternative to Pincer, it's 2% more than the Pincer and significantly lower than something absurd like the Drill which has 20% laser damage.

the moth is the best formation then the ring then the pincer bc the pincer already counters heart formation and sheilds while moth only drains your shields and does not affect anything else so the pincer is the worst after dome.

 

Pincer is already -shield penetration...

 

I know that the pincer is already -shield penetration but bringing a formation powerful than Pincer and significantly less powerful to the drill makes sense as the heart may give a good bonus to shield and health but the 3% from the Pincer is hardly useful.
