    when in use gives 5% more damage with lasers in base maps of your cia, plus 2% of lasers damage outside the base of his CIA maps.
    change goly enforcer for goly elite
    revenger to change veng veng elite
    For any new designer to give aegis, spearhead and citadel will have to also be put to a new veng, leonov and goly.
