[UI] New pet protocols - honor, exp

    Lets create new protocols for pet:
    Honor protocol:
    Exp protocol:

    Price and percentages:

    Lv1: Increases by 1%.
    Lv2: Increases by 2%.
    Lv3: Increases by 3%.

    Lv1: 15 ooo Uridium.
    Lv2: 45 ooo Uridium.
    Lv3: 135 ooo Uridium.

    Each piece. ↑
    Boost n price of all protocols. ↓

    Lv1: 18o ooo Uridium, 12% Honor/EP boost.
    Lv2: 54o ooo Uridium, 24% Honor/EP boost.
    Lv3: 1 62o ooo Uridium, 36% Honor/EP boost.

    no lol the game is already expisive building your ship alone takes months if you put no money in, now you want pet items to be expensive too 180k? 540K? 620k? you lost your mind lol also its pointless we already have bosters that already get this done for a lot cheaper way cheaper no one will buy any of these items why would I pay tons of uri for a 3% increase when I can pay way less and get 100% profit sorry but no lol.
