[UI] New Quests [Quest Overhaul]

Hello all, I don't like the current quests system with the mixed NPC's and poor rewards so I'm going to make a list of a few hundred ones that make sense in my mind. I will start off with a few then update as I go and as I see fit.

Here's what I've got so far.

1. Danger in Sight (I, II, III).
