[UI] Npc killer counter

    New ingame user interface,u can set what type of npc and how much u want kill and it is counting u .
    Now u can make your own farming mission ,credit,uri,honor it is suit for UFE and beginner .

    Like u want make 10k
    Kristallon 40x times (approximately)
    Boss Kristallon 20x times
    Kristallin 625Xtimes ,so if u dont want to count just pop up the UI type what u want in(short)
    and do it.

    The current quests are not worth, doing them is wasting time.

    So yes, at least we should be able to make our own quests, which have a small use for us.
