[UI] Paint my ship!

I was wondering if a new feature could be added to this game. the feature would be
called Paint my ship! make it so that we could choose from 24 different colors/and
color shades, and 24 different patterns to put on your ship. in the paint my ship
application. we would first choose our pattern,then select it and click apply
pattern. once the pattern is on, next click Paint,select 4 colors from the 24
colors in the color chart. then using the four colors that have been selected
paint the pattern by point and click method. The paint application would cost
uridium to purchase from the shop. 40000 uridium. but once it is purchased you can
change your ship's patterns and colors, as often as you like! also for clan
leaders there will be five patterns to choose from out of the 24 patterns, that
are specified clan leaders only. to get these patterns. a player must enter the
clan name, and company. then the clan leader's user name. these five clan leader
only patterns would be functioned just like all the other patterns and colors!
