Parasite tide ammunition's need fixing.

I was waiting this new event like crazy, because i thought, that now will be comeback for Darkorbit. But once again I, and many other are disappointed for new event, before it has even launched properly.
Reason is short range of items, and ridiculously overpriced ammunition. I my self can't understand what kind of morons remake these mistakes, when putting together new events. one after another is disappointment. I got so angry, that i wanted to send hatemail for Bigpoint with lots of F-words, because i think, that events are purely crap nowdays. Instead I try here to tell what needs fixing, and how it could be done, Since i hope my years of playing wouldn't be waste.

PIB-100 costs 25U and deals X4 damage + infection (Witch doesn't mean much). It is about 3-5 times too expensive, and only special ammo, that event offers.
For comparsion RSB deals X6, and costs only 5U. I think, that demaner ammo was better, but still over priced. Fact that it could make X8 damage to Demaners made it pretty good, but 25 Uridium still is over priced, because PVP damage is still X4.

Solution

1. Lower PIB-100 price, somewhere between 5-10U/shot (Its X4 after all, so it should be expensive, but 25U is too much for ammo, that deals X4 and gives "snort")

2. more ammo types: Newbies need ammo too!PIB-10 Deals X1 damage, and infects. Price: 30 Credits. (For comparsion normal X1 costs 10 Credits.)

PIB-25 Deals X2 damage, and infects. Price: 1,5 Uridium (For comparsion normal X2 costs 0,5 Uridium.)

PIB-50 Deals X3 damage, and infects. Price: 3 Uridium (For comparsion normal X3 costs 1 Uridium.

3. Make mini-Boss and mini-minions, for smaller players. They would appear same time as big one, but rotates safer route. From X-2 to X-3, and from there to X-4 then back to X-2.
Every company would have their own mini-bosses, and mini-minions.

4. Anti-Z1, and Anti-Z2 cheaper. They cost way too much. Too high prices will give death to the game. (It might be too late already though.)

And make these changes for all the events!​

 

Finally, finally someone thinks of both lower and higher ranked players.

Ammo is too expensive, and must be lowered. New players need ammo too, CREDIT ammo. Great idea, I don't know why no one puts attention on this. This game is not only for cashers, there are a lot non-cashers that play this game. You can't only focus on cashers all the time.

PS. I don't think this will be updated in the current event at all, it will be nice if in the next events DO realizes the problem and starts implementing this idea.

Well, if that's only thing in my idea, that you think like that it's still 75% good idea, even though i think, that this "Snort"=Perks isn't worth it anyways.

When you hit enemy with infection weapon it gives +10% Damage -10% hitpoints and -25% Speed to infected. But that doesn't mean anything, if enemy shoots you with same ammo. (I'm not sure if numbers are right.)​

 

Oh that thing. Still, that doesn't change things about the ammo cost, according to me.

 

Well, considering that only 1 round of PIB ammunition is needed to cause the infection buff on a player, i think its reasonable for the 25 uri per shot. Its not like people are buying 10 of thousands of rounds for it, after all you only need just one shot of it. No one is going to 1v1 someone and shoot only PIB ammo, you only need one shot of it and thats all.

 

Your argument is invalid, cause I guess you just won't shoot 1 player and climb the ranks to the top?? Or you will do that? If you can climb the ranks with shooting only 1 time with this ammo, let me know so I do the same and get the design.

 

Doesn't matter how many times you shoot the Ammo is still way overpriced.

Have a problem with the price of the ammo? DON'T BUY IT!!! There, it's fixed. Kids want to cry and complain about any and everything.

I hate when people come, and tell people that they are cry babies, and should shut up when someone only tries to fix small detail.
I am quite pleased how game is today, but events are going worse direction.

The rankings for the event. Top 5 will get that design, but ranking points are calculated differently. For example, if you play the "plague" side you need to infect people. Or, you can be the healer. For example, infecting someone with ammo gives you 5 points, that is half of an infected minion kill. To this, if you kill the player you have infected, you get 15 more points (total 20 points from a player). Basically, if you just jump in a Spearhead and just shoot of that ammo, you will receive insane amount of points. On the other side, if you use the Serum, you get 1 point. See the tradeoff?

LCB-10 costs 10 cr
the green slime gives
-15% HP and -10% speed

See if your right before your gonna react something.

But your idea/update is good indeed 25 u is way to much 5 u is the right price, 10 u is again too much.

Btw there has been in some servers 64% sale for Plague stuff... Prices are reasonable now. I got excited and bought 100 Anti-Z2 by accident ​

 

I think it's good, especially the kronos parts and ammo in the boxes, besides as stated before the ammo is created to infect others, afther you have infected them you should switch to x4 / RB and RSB, now that the ammo is cheaper, it might be preaty good idea to infect people on your runconfig (less lasers, less ammo required) and then switch and go for the fight.
