[UI] Passive Mode

    I think there should be a passive mode option for players at levels up to lvl 14.

    Passive mode would be a mode where you can't shoot players and they can't shoot you, you can only shoot NPCs. You choose whether or not you want to be in Passive Mode. Passive mode doesn't work on PvP maps.

    Passive mode is sitting at Portal or other DMZ otherwise you are active. I could see it in use as you traverse map to map but once you attack anything it is deactivated until you return to a DMZ area.

    Not a bad idea since a new player reaches lvl 14 pretty quickly these days with the new quest give so much ex.

    that idea would really help people trying to get fe, at the same time not ruin bmaps. i like it
