[UI] pilot point reset cost

    i think that we should reset the amout of uridium it costs for players to reset their bio.

    Why:

    -People are spending millions just to reset them now
    -New ways to configure Bio leads to people constantly resetting bio.
    -Maybe make the players happy :p

    Here's a thought. I know it's crazy but maybe don't reset your bio the 10+ times it would take to get 1 million uridium per reset lol

    i've heard it talked about it and so far there's chance of change

    i would like it to be dirt cheap and then go boxing, change it as my mission changes and go hunting, getting low on uri change it and hunt BKs.

    for by god those pp cost dearly.

    But this is a long term game and should be played as one. I hunt npcs and have almost full defence (new player here) didn't go EM11, went EO instead better to hunt
    but i won't change until i have a lot more lf4s and then may go for hunting pilots.
