[UI] Pirates achievments!

    So.. um i dont know how to start. Basicly idea about pirates achievments. Theres no normal pirates achievments exept event and i think peapole wanna some new achievments not any old beacuse DO veterans are completed about all of it.

    (Miner) Collect 100 palladium.
    (Wow so many palla!) Collect 5 000 Palladium
    (Palladium? Oh no!) Collect 10 000 Palladium
    (So many stones!(colored title)) Collect 20 000 Palladium)
    (Researsch) Kill 200 Interceptors
    (What was that?) Kill 100 Barracudas
    (Inside enemy fields) Kill 100 Saboteur
    (Glorious Pirate (colored title) Kill 150 Annihilator

    Titles unlocking when all simple achievments completed. Thanks for attention.
