[UI] Recycling Feature in the game (scrap, mucosum, plasmide)

Recycle, one word that can change the way you earn materials in the assembly to craft valuable elite items.


If i were a good developer, i would put that feature in here

as some of you know, every zeus day or LF3 da- im sorry, LF4 day we get bunch of stuff that we dont want or we do not need anymore for example:

You receive a LF-
me: YES!
You receive a LF-3 laser.
me: NO!

see? thats my expression whenever im reading those texts coming up on my screen.

RECYCLING:

Elite Equipment
5 sets LF-4 or 1 Havoc or Hercules Drone Design:

• 20 pcs of H-HFC and H-NCA
• 10 pcs H-PS
• 10 pcs H-NC
  
• 5 pcs H-MT and H-HP
• 50 Scraps and 50 Mucosum
• 20 Plasmide

15 sets of LF-3 or SG3N-B02:

• 5 pcs of H-HFC and H-NCA
  
• 3 pcs H-PS
  
• 3 pcs H-NC
  
• 1 H-MT and H-HP

10 sets of G3N-7900:

• 25 pcs of scrap
  
• 25 pcs of mucosum
• 15 pcs of plasmide.

Basic Equipment
25 sets of LF-2 or 20 sets of SLL-02:

• 2 pcs of H-HFC and H-NCA

10 sets of SL-01:

• 1 H-MT
• 1 H-HP

20 sets of G3N-6900:

• 10 scraps
  
• 10 mucosum
• 5 plasmide

Each of the following can be choose which type of material in assembly you wanted to receive when recycling an item.

I did not added nano condenser and prismatic socket in the basic equipment list as it is a core material of every elite ship, drone design and weapons craftable.

for example, i have 10 sets of LF-3s that i got from booty, or my old ones from auction, but im missing 5 of them but i have enough shields or SG3N-B02 to replace them and instead use 15 shields, you can mix it up by using 10 lf3s, and 5 b02 shields, or 5 lf3s and 10 b02 shields, same as all the other equipment you dont use anymore on your inventory.

Let us say you have chosen 15 lf3s to recycle, you will be given a chance to choose which type of material you want to receive after the recycling period, either 5 cables and nano case, 3 prismatic sockets or 1 MT or HP, you chose the first group of hardware to receive, 5 cables and nano case, you cannot mix it in another type of hardware because they are grouped (same as on booty boxes)

• 5 pcs of H-HFC and H-NCA
• 3 pcs H-PS
• 1 H-MT and H-HP

you cannot pick 5 pcs of H-HFC and 3 pcs of H-HPS, nor 1 H-MT and H-HP, on the screen you can only select 3 possible grouped hardwares you will see on the window.

that much equipments in exchange for a few amount of hardware is worth the trouble so rich people cannot abuse and bid more on auction to provide them with more recycling equipment.

the recycling period will last depending on what type of equipment is recycled and what type of grouped resource they picked.

Credit bought items will have a shorter time of recycling, but choosing a more and rare type of hardware will make it longer, even on the Elite equipments.

RECYCLING PERIOD

• H-HFC and H-NCA 10 minutes per amount
  
• H-PS and H-NC 20 minutes per amount
  
• H-MT and H-HP 30 minutes per amount
  
• Scrap and mucosum 3 minutes per amount
• Plasmide 5 minutes per amount

Selected the H-HFC and H-NCA when recycling 15 LF-3 lasers

Amount: 5 each
Time per item: 10
Items: 2
Duration: 1 HR 40 Min

in this way, every player can earn the materials without using booty keys but uses a lot of resource in exchange but is worth it if you have a lot of stocked unused equipments.

Duration of recycling is halved for premium users
You can spend uridium to speed up the process instantaneously but it would be too expensive, i would say double the amount of instant send on skylab, 2,500 uridium.

I agree with the recycling method, I was thinking of making a post similar to this.

But rather, I had a different idea in the form of getting hardware for a certain amount of the unit being recycled

5 LF-3 - 1 Micro-transistor
3 7900 - 1 High Frequency Cable
8 BO2 - 1 Hybrid Processor

The raw materials used in the assembly of hardware are easy to obtain really.
Plasmide, Scrap, and Mucosum can be found in high abundance on 4-5
Aurus can be found by killing Sabotuers. If anyone does pirate boosting, you see a ton of these
Prismatium is easy as well. Spending the day in X-7 will net you 30-50 easily.

 

i think your idea is pretty neat and much more effective in terms of recycling, but i would rather think as a D.O developer, which you know, likes to make life for players tougher and and suffering, then here comes their offers to make things much easier

This recycling system should be only possible for Booty Key items, or the Ufe will bid for Plasmid millions of credits. So the newbes couldn't get their FE items.

 

if they can and probably possible, to code it that everything that comes from booty to be only available in recycle and does not include items that you bought or bid on auction.

 

I think I see why they don't do it.
Looking at the stuff in assembly, all anyone would have to do is buy massive amounts of items in auction and practically clean up in components they need by disassembling items over and over again.
