[UI] Revision of the abilities Fortify and Travel: Citadel

Let's face it, protection and drawfire are the only abilities Citadel can offer that has a great advantage to both pvp, and pve, fortify ofcourse is good for reducing the incoming damage, can be combo with the draw fire ability and protection, but the drawback is its short duration, and a very long cooldown of 5 minutes.

    I won't tell about the Travel ability as it is so absurd as a citadel ability, which has a short duration and has a moderate cool down that does not even help at all especially in pvp, because it only makes your speed by a default of 540 even with wheel or even with the speed side (538)

    Im suggesting to make the Fortify ability, and Travel Ability as a toggled version similar to the speed boost of the tartarus.

    Travel Ability
    • Increases speed by 20% while ability is active (only base speed, does not stack with wheel)
    • Prevents usage of other abilities while active
    • Reduces laser damage by 20% while ability is active
    • Cooldown of 1 minute after toggling ability off
    Fortify Ability
    • Reduces damage received from any source by 50% (Does not reduce damage from abilities)
    • Increases shield absorption by 10% while ability is active
    • Prevents movement
    • Cannot use other abilities while active
    • Laser Range reduced by 20%
    • Cooldown of 5 seconds after toggling ability off

  2. ok in my sugestion Fortify alternate on and off stay very good.The weel no work with travel.
