[UI] Selling designs

    So I have an issue with this, because I have like 12 goliath designs and a lot of them are useless to me, and it's harder to find the skill design among all the normal ones, so this is just a suggestion to enable selling ship designs, because I see no harm that would do. Well let there be an confirmation message of course and it's perfect.

    I have 13 designs (excluding the default), and I seem to have no problem finding any of them :p
    All the designs are in alphabetical order, so if you know what design you wanna put on, just find the name and volia~

    But yea, for those that don't have the names known to them, I guess it's an alright option.

    Or make it 10k, the minimum to buy it in trade/auction.

    well I'm just saying I've got no use for at least 7 of the designs so getting rid of them was logical conclusion I made :)
