[UI] Smarter PET

Don't know if this issue has been raised before . Would it be possible to make the PET be smarter so it doesn't continually try to pick up cargo boxes when your cargo is full ?
Sometimes when I transfer promerium to my ship I still have some seprom I'm trying to use.
I keep PET on auto looter to collect bonus boxes but it gets hung up trying to pick up CB's
If this has ever come up before please let me know​

Yes . That was my original thread . I was told it would be better to post in idea pool than in general issues

 

Making P.E.T's smarter would have a side effect that works to the advantage of bot users, while a P.E.T is hung up collecting cargo fewer valuable BB's are collected by making a P.E.T smarter the number of bot users would increase. Keeping P.E.T's as they are helps to keep the number of BB's that the less than honest players collect as there P.E.T's will chase after left over cargo from other players. Although the idea is good the whole picture must be taken into account and while there are still a number of players that use bots, changes to the way P.E.T's work would be economically unsound as this is one of the very few ways to keep the number of BB's down that bot users collect.

 

Bot users are a Big Point problem and really shouldn't ever be brought up as a reason to down an idea.
I like this idea, perhaps a protocol that only targets boxes and not cargo.

 

P.E.T. is dumb as always no matter what. Can't program/train it...no point. Guess who is the idiot

 

Well I believe it would be cool to have it chase down your target that runs from being popped while you move on to the next target just sitting there.
