    Spearhead-Implosion
    Strike back with this menacing ship. Capable of dealing and taking more explosive damage at the cost of a laser-damage-vulnerability. Activate the long range ability for increased missile range or use maxed out to max out your rocket and rocket launcher damage! Turn your enemies into nothing but a big cloud of dust.

    I only like Maxed-out, but I believe it should be always active "no cool down" include lasers as well and offer 100% accuracy to boot.

    Including lasers would soon make it OP, your could start hitting NPC's without them being able to hit back (uberkristallons and stuff), especially in PVP this would be to much of a game changer, I made some edits though.

    With the whopping 5 lasers I'd say it's over due.

  6. this ability would be exploited too easily being able to completely out range a ubk,century falcon and other npc also dont forget it most likely will be horribly bugged remember the tartarus when it first came out that thing went from 1 side of a map to the other in about 2seconds now imagine getting shot from half way across the map by a target you cant reach...sounds like seafight all over again

    I see your point but just because there is a (high) probability that something will bug, it doesn't mean we shouldn't implement it into the game, in fact I feel like that would be verry wrong. Moreover, the ability only counts for rocket damage, outrange a UBK or century falcon would mean you would only be able to shoot them with rockets... which will take so long that it will always be better to get up close and use lasers instead.



    It was also ment as a tactical ability lads, giving users the option to switch between heavy close range damage, or weaker long range damage. That's were I want to go to, reacting to playstyles of other people, introducing more ''skills'' into the game rather than brute firepower. For example by introducing designs that prefer a specified tactic (explosive damage) and options (turn on/off).

    All the stuff we've seen so far do not really support things other than firepower... Most abilities just provide with a bonus for a short amount of time, and then during cooldown you will miss those bonusses, forcing you to wait. I know it is hard to change it and we must be carefull but at least I want to give it a shot...


    I messed this up to lol, I indeed ment max speed, but refered to it as base speed due to the possibility of wheel and crab and stuff.

    Anyway it is the speed with full speed gen and prom, ending up at 576 (same as vengeance).

    All things considered I still believe max damage and accuracy should be granted to the Spearhead ship mainly because it it is a recon ship. That or UC should be accessible while under fire.

    Agree with you on that.

    Spearhead should be the fastest ship in the game. As it has the least damage and HP.
    Tartarus must loose some speed.

    I agree, More HP at least, 100K is nothing with today's damage, especially when you consider it has only 5 lasers.... but that's another topic I guess XD
