[UI] Toggle key between move and select target for mouse click

    A key that toggles the two different commands of the left click: move and target.

    This is helpful when trying to select a target, but it moves in the last minute and instead of a 'target' command you give a 'move' command.
    Also, when trying to move to a place, but in that moment a ship passes right under your mouse cursor and you select the target (maybe even fire upon it) instead of moving to that location.

    It could also toggle through a third option, of enabling both commands (as it is right now).

    No, lol, just no, this just doesn't make any sense realistically, it's bad. I know what you're complaining about, and I've had situations where my locked got switched, but just no, this wouldn't work in the slightest.
