[UI] Translate My Chat

I play on Global America 3 and East 1 and the is defiantly a communication difference. My idea is on all Global servers to have a translation system set in place. The Translation system would allow you to type in you own language, and the other people that has their language selected would see it for example if i was to say "Hello" to somebody in the Spanish language they would see the word "Hola". On GA3 server there are Spanish clans and English clans and when it comes to resolving an issue there is a major problem with that. The same can go for GE servers as well. The only servers that wouldn't have this is the country named server like Germany, USA, etc.

Post your thoughts. I think this will help the communication problems with other cultures on Global servers.

I think that would be too much effort to introduce. They would need to program in every language on every servers chat. The only other options would be to learn the language of the server or use the server that speaks the language you are used to.

 

Your right we could look over the language in the settings but it would still be nice to have the tralated chat on global servers

 

Piggyback Google or Bing translate...depends on the chat provider.

Not sure what the effort or the final effect would end up being, but possibly an auto-google like translation....

 

An auto translate is exactly what i was thinking. The extra language system in settings might be too much.

 

Nice idea but they cant even make option so u can translate backpage i play on italian server and i dont understand nothing xD

That is iffy if you use a translator - in various languages - different acronymisms.
