[UI] Unlock possibility to buy items with Credits by XP level

    Explaining myself better:
    It could be a good idea to make some items purchasable with Credits if you reach a certain level. You could make the game more balanced (and I think is what you are aiming at now), and make the level actually matter.

    yeah that would work but there are some higher lv players that have loads of creds so they would be able to buy the items really easily and would create the oppozite of what you want (would make it so the bigger players have it easyer to get uri stuff) so maybe you would need to have a unlock lv and a lock lv so they re lock the item at a certian level

    You said that higher level players, full of credits, would acquire stuff easily, but that kind of players is Full Elite
