[UI] Wheel formation needs buffing

I got my wheel formation for 120k uri on a discount and I play free so no rebate, premium, nor buying uri. It's basically useless in combat and so I can't pvp, npc, or pally with it. All I can do is box and spaceball. It's only used on pusat,vengi, and spear. All 3 of these already have terrible defense and especially terrible hp. Personally I use spearhead for spaceball because it has ulticloak. Problem is I have no shields and just 150k hp. Once I'm locked onto, I'm dead. The only way to boost up spear hp is get full hercs or ship hull from pilot bio. I maxed out ship hull and I'm still 150k hp which is clearly not enough to escape. Needing full hercs to play spaceball effectively is just ridiculous and full hercs would only give me 30k more hp which is less than the damage of a ufe laser shot. People can pop me in like 3-7 shots and even less if they are suicide. Even though I am faster, I'm not that much faster. If a goliath and me run the same direction, he most likely will get more than 10 shots on me before i escape. And that's just goliath; a pusat, vengi, or surgeon or even another spear would have even more shots. That's not even considering if they use slow down rockets or parasite ammo or even ice rockets. I have to give up so much for only a meager 5% speed. Either allow shields or give like 10% speed with something like -90% damage, or the formation is trash.
