[UI] Who would want to put 2 more Black light NPCs??

    I'm not talking about X-BL maps but for x-7, x-6, 5-2,5-3! Yeah, I am talking about NPCs like Observe X, Urge IV etc. We do have the blue colour and the orange colour!! How about to make 2 new NPCs that will be found more rarely than the others because they will give more Oil (Instad of 35, 50-75)! About the Blacklight that will have the look of the Impulse will be named as \\Misfits// IC and the the NPC that will have the Attend looking will be named as \\Rage XVIII// ! I do believe more people will be active because the rewards are really pleasant and they will be trying to look for more NPC's!! Tell me your opinions without offense or something like this!! ;)
